Patrick led the growth of the WeWork EMEA business from zero to 324 sites and 23.5 million rsf (2.2m SqM) across 48 markets.
He led the restructuring of the WeWork International portfolio achieving $280m of rental abatements and $5.2BE reduction in Balance Sheet liability.
Patrick holds a MBA from Columbia Business School, NY and is a qualified accountant.
