About Almira London

Patrick has over 20 years of experience in the real estate and finance sectors. He set up Almira London in 2022.  Prior to Almira London, Patrick was Head of International Real Estate at WeWork where he built the EMEA business. He led the growth, restructuring and asset management of the international offices portfolio, and worked together with Mary for 5 years.  Patrick also worked in CBRE's NY Consulting Group, where he sourced, underwrote, and transacted 2 million sq ft of office deals.  He has an MBA from Columbia, NY USA, and is an ICAS qualified accountant with PwC.

Mary has over 25 years of experience in the real estate sector. Prior to Almira London, Mary was Investment Director at Civitas Investment Management Ltd, implementing real estate strategies, sourcing, and execution of deals. Before that Mary was Head of Transactions for WeWork EMEA where Mary and Patrick worked together for 5  years on the acquisition, restructuring and asset management of the London and wider EMEA offices portfolio. Mary is a qualified solicitor and worked as a real estate lawyer at SJ Berwin and Jones Day in London. She has an MA in French and German from the University of Cambridge.
